General terms and conditions

Are you suddenly unable to attend your appointment? Please contact us no later than 24 hours in advance. This will allow enough time to offer someone else your place. We will be happy to help you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment in time or do not show up for your appointment, we will unfortunately be forced to charge you for the reserved chair time.

Please arrive at your appointment on time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will arrive later than the appointed time.

Not allowed in the salon:

  • Pets
  • Children under 12 years of age
  • Face timing or calling during treatment
  • Eating during treatment (with the exception of treatments lasting longer than 2 hours, take into account strong-smelling foods
